What are your minimums for co-packing my product? It depends on the types of packaging. Our minimum for packing in small spice containers with a label is around 1000 units. |
What are your typical lead times? We are able to ship most orders within 5 working days. |
Where do you ship from? We ship all of our products from our main warehouse in Fort Collins, Colorado. |
How do you ship your products? Most of our Industrial products are either shipped via an approved common LTL or full truck load carrier. We do also ship via FED EX Ground for smaller orders. |
Do you publish a catalog? At this time due to the price volatility of spices we do not publish a catalog. |
Are all of your products Kosher? Most of our products are certified Kosher. |
Do you sterilize your spices to reduce bacteria levels? Almost all of our spices are available either sterilized or non-sterilized. |
Do you charge for product development? Depending on the scope of your project we do not charge for this service. |
Can you set my company up with an account? Yes, most of our customers, once approved will have terms of either net 15 or net 30 day terms. Contact us to get started. |
