Herbes de Provence Rice

   

Ingredients:

1 cup white rice
2 cups chicken stock
1 1/2 teaspoons herbes de Provence
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch pepper

Directions:

  • In a medium saucepan stir together rice, chicken stock, herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper.
    Set over high heat, and bring to a simmer; cover, and cook 20 minutes.
  • Fluff with a fork, and serve.
