Initially, Custom Blending, Inc. provided the food service industry in Colorado with spices and extracts; today it is a multi-functional manufacturer of spices, spice blends and liquid flavorings for retail grocery stores, the food service industry and industrial food manufacturers throughout the country.

In the food service department, Custom Blending, Inc. provides spices and proprietary spice blends to food service distributors and restaurants nationwide. Our seasonings, spices and Rodelle brand extracts are of the highest-quality from all over the world. Whether under our own label or the branded name of the food service distributor, our quality products and superior service have made us an industry leader.

In our retail department, we produce Rodelle Pure Vanilla Extract for grocery stores from coast to coast. Rodelle Laboratories was founded in Denver, Colorado in 1936 to produce the best-tasting pure vanilla extract using the highest-quality vanilla beans. For many years, Rodelle was a regional brand found in Colorado grocery stores like King Soopers and Steele’s Market. Today Rodelle is the fastest-growing brand of vanilla extract in the nation and can be found in 48 states. We also pack private label vanilla products for many retailers from coast to coast.

Our industrial department has partnered with many food manufacturers across the country to service their needs for special blends of spices, liquid flavors, co-packing opportunities and food ingredients.
