Description: Parsley is a plant with either flat or curly deep-green leaves that have a cleansing, mildly bitter flavor.
Applications: Creole cuisine uses parsley liberally to add an herbal lift to otherwise heavy recipes. Italian cuisine uses it extensively as well. Parsley can be used to enhance practically all foods.
